• The 5-year Low Radon levels guarantee includes the fan, control module, and any additional electronic equipment installed by Radon Manitoba.
  

  The warranties do not apply to:

• Homes featuring sub-slab ductwork, additional drain tiles, untreated crawl spaces, or multi-family buildings.

• Properties with hidden or inaccessible air leaks connected to the soil beneath the structure.

• Any equipment provided by the client or installed by another service provider.

• Work related to sump pumps or their associated components.
